There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased;
Store credit to the value of the products purchased will be issued if you simply change your mind. Please note Apex Noise will not be held responsible for postage costs.
If our products are deemed faulty, you will be entitled to a 100% refund and Apex Noise will finance any shipping costs required.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it including your PayPal receipt.
Sizing or Style returns will only be accepted if received in the same condition they were sent
